Billy Kersey

William "Billy" Kersey, Sr., 52, of Fort Meade, FL, passed away Monday, March 4, 2013, at his residence in Fort Meade.Billy was born July 30, 1960 in Wauchula, FL. Billy was a heavy equipment operator for McDonald Construction for 22 years. He is survived by his wife; Linda Kersey. Daughter; Cathryn Kersey of Fort Meade. Two Sons; William Kersey, II of Fort Meade and Alex Kersey of Bartow. Four Sisters; Jackie Summers of Fort Meade, Alice Slora of Fort Meade, Mary Goan of League, TX and Ramona Cartegena of Bartow. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm, Thursday, March 7, 2013 at McLean Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at First United Methodist Church at 10:00 AM, Friday, March 8, 2013. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Fort Meade, FL.
