Betty J. Zehr

Betty J. Zehr 72 of Okeechobee formerly of Indiantown passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach. She was a Dispatcher with the Martin County Sheriffs Office and of the Baptist Faith. She was preceeded in death by her husband Joseph R. Zehr and is survived by five daughters Sharan Rolling Batchelor of Orlando, Linda Hazelief, Renee Zehr Miller, Judy Zehr Dodge and Becky Zehr all of Okeechobee. Two brothers Warren Woods of Highland City and Scott Woods of Fort Meade; one sister Barbara Sloan of Highland City. Fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A visitation will be held Saturday, July 2nd from 10-11am at the Christian Home Freewill Baptist in Bartow with services starting at 11am. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland.
