Betty Jane Williams

Betty J. Williams, 79, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013 in Lakeland, FL after a long battle with cancer. Born March 23, 1934 in Homeland, FL to L.V. & Sadie Fussell, Mrs. Williams was a resident of Orlando and Bartow for many years. She was a devout Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Williams. Mrs. Williams is survived by a son: George "Ed" Williams, Jr. of Orlando; two daughters: Deborah Sigrist (Robert) of Orlando; Cynthia Wagner,(Ed) of Eustis, FL; a brother; Tom Fussell (Kay) of Tallahassee; 5 grandchildren: Daniel Schilling, Joy Elizabeth Sigrist, Shannah, Brenten & Jacob Austin. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Bartow Church of God, 1460 E. Stuart St,. A visitation will be held Saturday , December 14, 2013 from 11:00 -12:00 AM at Conway United Methodist Church, 3491 Conway Rd, Orlando. Funeral services will follow at the Church. Interment will follow at Conway Cemetery.
