Betty Franklin

Bartow- Betty Franklin, age 72, passed away March 28, 2021 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. She was born on March 6, 1949 in Bartow, FL. She was a resident of Alturas for 40 years. She was a Cashier for Circle K in Alturas for 21 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her brothers Franklin Fussell (Janice) & Raymond Fussell and sister Peggy Hudelson. She is survived by a loving family that includes her son Vance Franklin (Hope), 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, brothers Wayne Fussell (Sharon), David Fussell, Lloyd Fussell, sisters Frankie Mallory, Sarah Barber, Marie Odom, Nell Williamson, Patsey Barker and many nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 8th from 3pm to 4pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 4pm.
