Ben Ewing

Fort Meade - Ben Ewing, 85, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 . Ben was born April 19, 1928 in Bartow, FL. He was in the cattle & citrus industry. He served 32 years in the Florida National Guard. Ben was a member of WRCA-Working Ranch Cowboys Association, Florida Cattlemen's Association, Orangebelt Bowling League, Lakeland Bowling Leaugue and loved to read. He was preceded in death by his brother Mike Ewing and two sisters Mary Ellen & Melissa. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jacqueline A. Ewing of Fort Meade, FL and stepson, Ray Koltys of Chicago, IL. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at 11:00 am at Bartow First Assembly of God, 915 S Broadway Ave in Bartow, FL. The Family will fellowship with friends after the service in the First Assembly of God Family Life Center Building.
