Bartow - Barbara Woods Altman Sloan, 73, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. She was born October 13, 1946 in Fort Meade, FL to Barney & Stella Woods. She was a Methods Analyst for Piper Aircraft. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Betty Jean Zehr and brother Cody Woods. She is survived by her two sons, Donald Altman of Bartow and David Altman of Portland, OR, daughter, Shannon Diggers & husband Brian of Lakeland, brothers, Warren Woods & wife Wanda and Scott Woods, grandchildren, Ryan Altman, Eric Altman, C.J. Johnson and Christina Johnson, great grandchild, Evan Altman, close friends, Robert Johnson and Tyisha Johnson. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
