August David Teresi

Bartow - August David Teresi, 81, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital. Born February 14, 1940 in Jersey City, NJ, Mr. Teresi was a resident of Bartow for since 1979, moving from Bricktown, NJ, He was a CDL License Instructor with Florida Food Tankers for many years. He formerly was with the maintenance department for Polk General Hospital and Bartow Memorial Hospital. He was also an hair stylist. He was of the Catholic faith. He is preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Teresi. He is survived by a loving family including: his daughter, Angela Ruiz [Jeff], Bartow; son, Anthony Teresi (Kathy), Mulberry; daughter, Annette Fussell (Corey) Bartow; granddaughter, Nicole Kostelis (Sam), Lakeland; grandson, Corey Fussell, Jr. (Shanna); granddaughter, Danielle Collins (Brandon); grandson, A. J. Fussell (Kaylee); grandson, John Tillett (Chelsie); grandson, Anthony Teresi, Jr., granddaughter, Crystal Ruiz, all of Bartow. and 11 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Thursday, September 23, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow, a celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Interment will be in Bartow Wildwood Cemetery
