Audia L. Mcgraw

Audia L. McGraw, age 91, passed away at his home in Bartow on Monday, February 2, 2015. Born May 25, 1923 in Brewton, Alabama, he was the son of the late Charles Simeon and Mattie (Barrow) McGraw. Mr. McGraw was the owner and operator of McGraw Spreading Service in Bartow. He was an Air Force veteran of WWII. Mr. McGraw was a former longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Bartow and currently a member of Scott Lake Baptist Church in Lakeland. Audia is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Parker McGraw in 2011. He is survived by two daughters, Charlotte A. Jones of Bartow, Betty Ann Swartz and husband Chuck of Lakeland, five grandsons and ten great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 6, 2015 from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Scott Lake Baptist Church Building Fund, 5811 Scott Lake Road, Lakeland, FL 33813.
