Anthony E. Catapano

Anthony E. "Tony" Catapano 76 of Winter Haven passed away Monday June 7, 2010 from cancer at his residence. Born in Brooklyn, NY he moved from Columbus, NJ to Winter Haven in 1993. He retired from the United States Air Force and was a Vietnam War Veteran. After his military service he worked for and also retired the US Postal Service as a Accident Investigator and Administrator. In his leisure time Tony enjoyed working and his friends at the Bartow Golf Course. He is survived by his wife Janice T. Catapano of Winter Haven; three sons Anthony "Stephen" Catapano and wife Janice of Sedona, AZ; Mark T. Catapano and wife Rinette of Jacksonville, FL and Andrew T. Catapano and wife Athena of Atlanta, GA. One sister Theresa Kellerman of Riverview, FL and five grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Friday June 11, 2010 from 5-7pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral in Bartow with services begining at 7pm.
