Angelita L. Medina

Angelita L. Medina, 56, of Fort Meade, Florida, left this earth to join our Heavenly Father on August 7, 2015. She was born October 27, 1958, in Brownsville, Texas. She worked for the Polk County School Board over 30 years. She was a loving wife, mother, Grammy and friend. She was preceded in death by her mother Angelita, father Yrineo Sr., and sister Maria Ernestina. She is survived by her loving husband Santos Jr., sons Santos III and wife April, Andres and wife Brittney; loving angel babies Lilly, Belle, Santos IV, Jackson, Clementine and Angelita(Pearl). She is also survived by brothers and sisters Yrineo Jr., Rodolfo, Ruben, Nellie, Maria(Blanca), Maria(Negra), Melissa, Daniel and countless friends and extended family. She will forever live on with all of us. Visitation and wake service will be held Wednesday August 12, 2015 from 4 pm to 8 pm at McLean Funeral Home, Fort Meade, Florida. Prayer Vigil begins at 5 pm. Funeral and Mass services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Bartow, Florida on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 10 am. Funeral Procession will then proceed to Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade, Florida.
