Andrew S. Fisher

Andrew S. Fisher, age 59, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 in Bartow. Mr. Fisher was born on January 31, 1956 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was a longtime area resident and worked for Polk County for 34 years as an Information Technology Specialist. Mr. Fisher was an avid cyclist and was active in the Bartow Cycling Community. Andy was a wonderful husband and father and loved his family with all his heart. His passing is preceded by his father, Robert and his brother, Mark. Mr. Fisher is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 31 years, Mary C. Fisher of Bartow, his two daughters: Corey E. Fisher and Shelby M. Fisher both of Lakeland. He also leaves behind his mother Alma Fisher and his sister Jana Fisher both of Mansfield, Ohio. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 16th from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow.
