Amy Lynn Mitchell

Amy Lynn Mitchell, age 47, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at her home in Lakeland. Born May 4, 1968 in Bartow, she was the daughter of Riley G. Burchfield and Melinda Louise Fink. Amy had previously worked for Brenda Christian Cosmetics in Jacksonville and Precision Air of Central Florida, and was most recently a warehouse manager for Badcock Home Furnishings. She is survived by two daughters: Paris Daniels of Jacksonville, Cayla Mitchell of Gainesville, her father Riley G. Burchfield, her mother Melinda L. Fink (Terry) of Bartow, two brothers: Michael Helms and Barry Helms, and two grandchildren: Steven and Noelle. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 11th from 6pm to 8pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow Friday at 10:00am at the funeral home chapel.
