Amelia "Diane" Hague

October 22, 1950 — June 5, 2024

Amelia "Diane" Hague age 73 passed away peacefully at home in Bartow, FL on June 5th, 2024. She was born on October 22nd, 1950, in Tachikawa, Japan. Diane’s life was a testament of faith, love, laughter, and generosity. Her compassionate heart and nurturing spirit touched everyone. Her quick wit illuminated every room she entered, spreading joy to all fortunate enough to know her. She had a green thumb that led her to cultivating beautiful gardens and kept her close to nature, which she so greatly enjoyed. Her other enjoyments were being an avid reader of the gospel, and a handywoman that could fix just about anything. Diane leaves behind the most important thing of all, and that is love that will forever reside in the hearts of her family, friends, and furry companions. She is preceded by her sisters Norma, Jenny, and her daughter Jacqueline. Survivors include her treasured fur baby Lilah; beloved daughter Gina & significant other Kevin; sisters, Mary, whom she lived with, and Sandy, her brothers Larry and Steven; grandchildren, Emily and husband Noah, Amanda, Damian, Amber, and Sarah; great-grandchildren Benjamin, Jaxson, Andrew, Alex, Sophie, Hayley, Daniel, and Abby; as well as nieces and nephews plus many loving friends. Her legacy will live on through her cherished great-grandchildren; she will be deeply missed, and her memory will be engrained in the lives that she touched forever. Diane now continues her journey with the Lord, joining her parents Jewell & "Pops" in heaven. A celebration of Diane's Life will be 4:00 pm Saturday, June 22, 2024 at First Community Church of Highland City, 4425 County Road 540A in Lakeland, FL
