Alan Howell

Bartow - Alan Howell, age 56, passed away August 2, 2021, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 23, 1964, in Oxford, PA. He was a Truck Driver for R+L Carriers for 29 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his sister Kristina Turner. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife Cheryl Howell of Bartow, daughter Ashley Marie Horn (Aaron) of Lake Wales, sons Raymond Alexander Howell of Alturas & Bradly Alan Howell of Alturas, grandchildren Hailey Mitchell, August Horn & Jackson Horn, sister Kelly Lindsey (Dale) of Lakeland, Mother Grace Dunn (Larry) of Plant City, several nephews and one niece, and extended family in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 7, 2021, from 3:00PM - 5:00PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Fishing attire is encouraged in honor of Alan.
