Ada "Louise" Wilkie

Bartow - Ada "Louise" Wilkie, age 95, passed away June 12, 2022, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. She was born on September 3, 1926, in Detroit, MI. She was a teacher and always had a special connection with children. She was a member of Floral Lakes where she served on many committees, Bartow Golf Club Women’s Association and Holy Trinity. She also helped serve with the Florida Sheriff's Youth Villa. She enjoyed playing the piano, flowers, and gardening. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She preceded in death by her husband David J. Wilkie and sisters Joan Tandy & Dorothy Tresik. She is survived by a loving family that includes her daughter Judy Aristeo (Joseph) of Plymouth, MI, sons Patrick Wilkie (Mary) of Kiawah Island, SC & Jeffrey Wilkie (Mary Jane) of Holmes Beach, FL, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the Floral Lakes Club House.
